Our training and treatment rooms are located on the 1st floor of Riverside suites in Sunderland House, on Sunderland Street in Macclesfield, Cheshire (SK11 6JF).

Amenities Included in Room Hire Room hire includes Wifi, and there is availability of both gender-specific and gender-neutral toilets, plus a shower. Both rooms have access to our breakout area and kitchenette, which is stocked with a sink and drainer, hot water urn, coffee filter machine, microwave, fridge-freezer, and dishwasher. In the breakout area are 3 sofas, a coffee table, and a coat stand.

We provide light refreshments for all room rental days. As all rooms share this area, it is not private, and we do ask you to keep voices down if a course is underway.

Training Room 1

Training Room 1 is the larger of our training rooms and is open plan, with 12 massage couches and 36 chairs available. It is also furnished with metal wheeled equipment trolleys, a large whiteboard, a large Smart TV, and various medical and cosmetic pictures and models, including acupuncture point models, available for use.

Couches and chairs can be moved out of the room on request, and we have up to 38 chairs that can be used in this room so it can be used as a theory-only lecture room.

Price: £195 per day, including the amenities above and light refreshments.

Training Room 2

Training Room 2 is a smaller room with 3 couches and up to 9 chairs. This overlooks the kitchenette and has a wall-mounted TV for use as a monitor, a whiteboard, a desk, and cupboards so you can put equipment out of the way.

It is also furnished with 2 metal wheeled equipment trolleys with others sometimes available on request, and ARA can loan anatomy models, including acupuncture point models for the duration of the course, on request at no further cost. Couches and chairs can be moved out of the room on request and can be replaced with chairs if available, to increase the capacity of the room when used as a theory-only lecture room.

Price: £95 per day, including the amenities above and light refreshments.

Treatment Rooms

Our treatment rooms are spacious and are furnished with treatment couches, shelves, chairs, a beauty light, a stool, and a rubbish bin. Towels and bolsters can be hired on request, and you can use our sharps bins for acupuncture; however, if you have heavy use (e.g., injections), then you may need your own sharps contract.

These rooms can be let on a “by day” basis, but longer agreements or “ad-hoc” arrangements are considered. The cost of the room includes the amenities that are shared with the training rooms above and light refreshments for you and your clients. It is available 7 days a week, hours not restricted.
