My aim is to help and empower, through a natural solution that works for the individual. Treating the body as a whole, I practice using a combination of TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) and Five Element Acupuncture. I look to restore balance in the body and encourage the body to heal itself. Treating the mind and body together, not just the aliment, whether that’s balancing hormones or eliminating pain, this ancient therapy of Chinese Medicine never cease to surprise and amaze me. Acupuncture for me is a beautiful natural healing therapy which we can learn and gain so much from and I’m really passionate about helping people be the best ‘me’ they can be.
