This initial appointment will involve a full assessment of your symptoms and a treatment plan will be developed. Medical acupuncture involves inserting thin needles into specific points across the body for both treatment and prevention of a range of issues including chronic pain, joint pain, back pain, and other musculoskeletal conditions, headaches and migraines. Dry needling is an effective treatment using muscular trigger points for treating and managing musculoskeletal conditions. Both work well as a single treatment, but can have better or longer lasting results with a short course of treatments.
