I gained my Licentiate in acupuncture, with honours, in 1975 from The Acupuncture Association’s College of Acupuncture, subsequently becoming a lecturer and examiner at that college. Later that year I gained full membership of The Acupuncture Association of The Republic of China whilst working in Taiwan. In 1976 I studied and gained full membership of The Traditional Acupuncture Society and later that year became a founder member of The British Academy of Western Acupuncture who awarded me the dignity of Doctor of Acupuncture; I am their present Chairman and Political Representative and am an Executive Council Member of The British Acupuncture Federation. In my practice I draw from my experience and from traditional acupuncture, western medical acupuncture and manipulation to ensure the best possible outcome for the patient.
