Bio
I graduated with an advanced Bsc.(Med.) degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) from Shandong University of TCM, in 1992. I started my medical career in a provincial state hospital in China, where I have practised medicine for 10 years and gained the title of attending physician before I came to the UK in 2002, carried on to practice TCM in London, Scotland, Wales and Cambridge, before moving to Cornwall in 2005. In recent years, I started practising Fu’s Subcutaneous Needling (FSN) and gained Grade I in the FSN Grading System after specialised training in China, which is rare achievement held only by 4 practitioners in the UK. I am specialised in pain relief, sports injury, women’s health, bladder leaks, IBS, insomnia, stress, infertility, etc. I am registered with Fu’s Subcutaneous Needling Association in Europe (FSNAE), Acupuncture Regulatory Authority(ARA, previously BAF), I am also member of ATCM (The Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture). I like fishing, photography, playing saxophone and working in my allotment in my spare time.
