I have over 20 years experience in providing one-to-one support to individuals. In 2023 I became qualified as a NADA detox practitioner and in February 2025 I qualified as an Auricular Practitioner. I provide Auricular( Ear) Acupuncture to assist in the treatment of numerous conditions. These include migraine, musculoskeletal pain, digestive trouble, eczema, allergies, stress, anxiety and depression. I am also an independent domestic violence advisor (IDVA and an independent sexual violence advisor (ISVA). I provide emotional support and practical help.
