I’m a qualified Naturopath and Acupuncture Practitioner with a medical background, having graduated with Distinction from the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM) in London. I also qualified in 1994 from a Secondary Medical School in Slovakia. I am fully insured and registered with the Acupuncture Regulatory Authority (ARA) as well as the Association of Naturopathic Practitioners (ANP), ensuring that every treatment meets the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and ethics.   • INITIAL CONSULTATION INCLUDING TREATMENT £70.00

    During your initial acupuncture consultation (approx. 40 – 60 minutes), you’ll have a chance to discuss your health concerns, history, and treatment goals with the practitioner. Here’s what to expect: Discussion: We’ll start with a chat about your health, lifestyle, and specific symptoms to understand your needs. Assessment: A brief physical exam, including checking your pulse and tongue, will help us gather further insight. Treatment Plan: We’ll go over a personalised treatment plan and answer any questions. First Treatment: You’ll receive a 20-minute introductory acupuncture treatment tailored to you. Aftercare Tips: To support your well-being, we’ll provide advice on self-care between sessions. This first session sets the foundation for a treatment plan that supports your unique health goals in a welcoming and comfortable setting.

  • FOLLOW UP TREATMENT SESSIONS £50.00

    ​During a follow-up acupuncture consultation (approx. 30-40 minutes), the focus is on tracking progress, addressing new concerns, and continuing your treatment plan. Here’s what to expect: Progress Review: We’ll discuss any changes or improvements since your last session and review your treatment plan together. Assessment: A brief assessment, including pulse and tongue checks, will help us identify areas needing further attention. Acupuncture Treatment: If necessary, we’ll proceed with an acupuncture treatment tailored to your current needs. Aftercare Tips: You’ll receive self-care recommendations to support your well-being between sessions. Plan Adjustments: Based on your progress, we may adjust your treatment plan to better suit your evolving needs. Next Appointment: We’ll arrange your next session to support ongoing health and wellness. Follow-up sessions are designed to ensure we’re optimising your treatment for the best possible results.
