Weekly follow-ups may include: – Reviewing symptom patterns and changes – Adjusting herbal dosage or modifying your formula – Updating food guidance where needed – Assigning or progressing simple Qi Gong practices – Explaining what your symptoms mean and what they indicate clinically – Identifying markers of readiness for the next phase 8-Week Herbal Formula (if 5 week programmes chosen this will be throughout 5 week period) Purpose: To support your body’s regulation and repair through a tailored formula. Your herbal granule formula is selected according to your diagnosis and updated as needed based on your weekly progress. If your symptoms shift significantly, we adjust dosage or modify the formula to match your current phase. Herbs are dispensed as granules for ease of use.
