Initial Consultation Purpose: To create a clear, personalised clinical plan based on your full health picture. Your first session includes a full consultation and review of your completed intake forms. We identify the underlying patterns driving your symptoms and map out the first phase of your programme. This session may include: – Symptom and health history review – Tongue and observational diagnosis (where relevant) – Lifestyle, sleep, digestion, stress, and cycle review You will receive: – Your initial herbal plan (granules) – Clear next steps and expectations for Phase 1 – Guidance on what to look out for during the first weeks Ongoing Weekly Follow-Up Purpose: To support steady progress and adapt care as your body changes. Each follow-up includes progress review and adjustments to keep treatment aligned with your current phase. It is intended as a screening and entry point into online care — offering clarity and direction, without moving into full multi-phase programme planning. Comprehensive Health Review A detailed review of your medical history, symptom patterns, lifestyle factors, and current concerns — supporting an accurate and individualised clinical assessment.
